Bacon Infused Apple Pie Moonshine:
½ pound of bacon strips cut in half, then cooked until crisp but not burned/
1 Jar Midnight Moon Apple Pie Moonshine
Pour out ½ cup of the Apple Pie Moonshine and set aside.
Stuff the bacon strips in the mason jar, and cover tightly
Refrigerate for 3 days or longer. Shake the jar a few times twice a day.
When ready to use, strain the Moonshine with a fine strainer lined with cheesecloth and throw away the bacon. If you want, you can put the jar in the freezer for 6 hours and strain it again to catch any remaining bacon fat.
