Teeka loves to create blends for hair care and skin care. Making these kinds of blends is surprisingly simple, and doesn’t cost a lot of money. One of the easiest is a simple hair rinse, a hair tea, that highlights the color of your hair.
For blond hair, chamomile
For brunette hair, rosemary
For red hair, marigolds
1 to 4 heaping tablespoons of the herb go into a nonmetal pot with 1 cup of water. Cover and bring to a boil, and simmer for three to five minutes. Pour out over a strainer and use the herbs in your garden as compost. Let the mixture cool and pour over your hair.
The fun thing is that these are ultra-simple recipes. One can get a lot more complicated with one’s blends by adding other kinds of herbs. There are other techniques to use with one’s hair, from the way one washes it and dries it to the simple act of everyday brushing that pay dividends in a head of full, healthy hair.
This is just a small taste of all the bounty in store for the writer when they decide to take a hobby and apply it to their writing.
